Returns & Refunds Policy
At Collexco, we want every collector to feel confident in their purchase. Because we sell collectible items where condition matters, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective of both buyers and sellers.
All Sales Are Final — With Important Exceptions
Most items sold on Collexco are one-of-one collectibles. For that reason, all sales are final unless one of the conditions below applies.
Eligible Returns
A return or refund may be approved only if:
● The item arrives damaged during shipping, or
● You receive the incorrect item, or
● The item arrives in a condition that does not match the photos or description shown on the product page
Each card is individually photographed and listed with clear condition details. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
● Items that match the listing photos and description
● Change-of-mind purchases
● Disputes based on personal grading opinions
● Items damaged after delivery
● Sealed products that have been opened
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
● Your order number
● Clear photos of the item
● Photos of the packaging (if damage occurred during shipping)
We will review the issue promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.
Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
● The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
● Return instructions will be provided by our team
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and nspected
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
