Welcome to Collexco. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. Collexco provides a platform for purchasing, selling, and trading premium collectible cards. All users must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian, to use our services.

To access certain features or make purchases, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

All products are carefully inspected and described to reflect their true condition. While we strive for accuracy in grading, descriptions, and photos, minor discrepancies may occur due to the collectible nature of the items. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge and accept this inherent variability.

Orders are processed promptly, typically within 1–2 business days, and are shipped using collector-grade packaging to ensure items arrive safely. While we take every precaution, Collexco is not responsible for shipping delays or issues once items are in the carrier’s hands. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s integrated systems, and you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information when completing a purchase.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged in transit or significantly differs from its description or photos. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting evidence, and we will work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Vault Credits are a rewards system designed to enhance the collecting experience. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are subject to modification or discontinuation at any time. Vault Score reflects trustworthiness and reliability within the Collexco ecosystem, and any misrepresentation of products or misuse of the platform may result in account penalties or suspension.

All content, images, logos, and branding on Collexco are owned or licensed by the platform, and you may not reproduce or use them without express written permission. Collexco provides its services “as-is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.
